The story of Zsa-zsa Korda, an audacious, globetrotting capitalist and business magnate. He is pursued by a clandestine bureaucratic government mission to monitor (and disrupt) his enterprise. But much to their chagrin, Korda seems unkillable.
Korda’s daughter Liesl is a nun and has had little to do with her father – however, he is intent on making her his heir, and promises that if she comes along with him he’ll help her unearth a secret that she desperately wants to know.
The stylish director pushes his craft further into the abstract with this tender, wondrous comedy – which features a typically starry cast – Robbie Collin – Telegraph
